01 Sales and Business Development Process Improvements

Working with our IBDM partners, we reviewed the sales process of a complex technology development company. Defining core business values and implementing repeatable decision processes improved win rate and decision timeframes by 150% in weeks. This involved our data science, IBDM and project management specialists.

02 Industry Cluster Mapping and Analysis

Working with our data science experts, we mapped the capabilities, capacities and disposition of specialist industry clusters to allow for individual and collective company analysis. This allowed IBDM for a series of large investment decisions into the SME sector in Australia. This project involved some of our best data scientists, code makers and produced a number of agentic AI products for the client.

03 Organisational Change Management

Working with a large manufacturing site, our client needed to create an innovation stream to produce a new product using new technology and a more creative approach. The innovation lab, filled with 40 hand selected members of the team set the conditions for a successful campaign and a billion dollar contract within 18 months. This involved strategy, project management, engineering and specialist Human Resource Management experts at varios stages of the project.

04 Strategic Campaign Positioning and Pursuit

Working with a large international company developing businesses in APAC, our strategy and business development experts helped create a campaign for a large federal contract in Australia. Implementing IBDN early in the process and leveraging local LLM into the process ensured the tender development team were supported and on message the whole way. Reducing significant time and effort and ensuring a clearly delivered pre positioning and tender response. This required specialist business development experts, data scientists and our IBDM partners throughout.
